Greenpoint Landing: Greenroof
Greenpoint Landing is a 5,500 sf sedum greenroof at a 6 story affordable housing residential building. A linear sedum design was created using a greenroof tray system. The pattern reflects the design vernacular found within the building and groundfloor courtyard as well as provides the necessary access to rooftop vents and utilities.
The greenroof was part of a larger green communities initiative to provide environmentally responsive building practices in an affordable housing environment.
