Semmens Associates, P.C. is a small Landscape Architectural / Site Planning firm with a wide range of completed projects in the New York / tri -State area and internationally.  Our work includes urban design, schools, athletic/recreational facilities, museums, residential, institutional and business related facilities.  Current / recently completed projects include:

• Queens Athletic Facilities, Queens, NY

• 75 Park Residential Rooftop Terraces / Green Roof, Jersey City, NJ

• Greenpoint Bldg F2 Residential, Greenpoint Brooklyn, NY

• Petrides Campus Quad, Staten Island, NY

Requirements:

• BLA or MLA

• AutoCad expertise and SketchUp rendering

• Working knowledge of Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Photoshop / InDesign
