Rosary Hill Home:

Rosary Hill Home long term care facility was developed on a steep site and integrated with the existing chapel in order to provide a semi-private courtyard outside the chapel for the Sisters.  Site design focused on integrating the new buildings within the existing landscape to save major specimen trees and establish a contemplative, park like setting for patients, visitors and staff.   Phasing of the overall project permitted partial occupancy / use of the new facilities as the existing facilities / site improvements were demolished.
