The Owner purchased a secluded property on the top of a small mountain, with views to Manhattan.   The project program included:  large formal residence, pool and outdoor dining, cabana, 4 car garage and entrance forecourt, exterior patio outside the library, and tennis court.  Several design options which responded to the existing site conditions were presented to the Owner.  Once the final scheme was selected, the documents needed to maximize the assets of the property, and minimize costs.  Project required significant blasting, phasing, utility construction and coordination between all site / landscape related trades.
