Long Island City HS: Athletic Field
The project focused on the renovation of an existing synthetic turf field in poor condition, as well as the entire perimeter curbs and security fencing. Project involved significant coordination with Community Relations and School to meet the School’s requirements.
Project was “fast-tracked” within a very aggressive 10 month schedule, which required expedited shop submittals, weekly meetings, innovative approaches to field conditions and bulletins, and team approach between Construction Management, General Contractor and Landscape Architect.
